In May, 2020, the Lakjer Family purchased the John Agett Funeral Home business in Dry Run which remained in operation until our new facility in Spring Run along Route 75 was opened on December 1, 2020. Our directors are Philip R. Lakjer, Supervisor, a licensed funeral director since 1968 and Andrew B. "Andy" Lakjer, a licensed funeral director since 1995. Andy and his family also operate the Path Valley Market in Spring Run.We are family owned and like to think in terms of local families serving the regional communities continuing the legacy of service fostered by John Agett and his family years ago. The new funeral home is complete with parlors for viewings, funeral and memorial services, along with a crematory and refrigeration sheltering, all located within the building.
